What services are included when I purchase a Rain Rich Service Agreement?
The basic Service Agreement would include the following services:
-
System start-up in the spring and winterization and shutdown for the winter.
Come spring and fall we'll make sure your system receive the care it
deserves. We'll secure and maintain all integral components to survive the
winter and be ready in the spring. We'll inspect and monitor your system for
optimal performance and economical water delivery.
- Mid-summer check-up. Come mid-August, if you find necessary we'll schedule
an appointment to review your sprinkler systems operation and make any
necessary recommendations for adjustments or repairs. We will also check for
leaks, wear and tear items and other glitches that may indicate potential
short or long term problems.
- Sprinkler system evaluation. During each visit, Rain Rich will assess your
sprinkler system's performance in combination with your garden's growth and
any new planting that may be neglected or overlooked. We'll provide timely
suggestions so that your property will always reflect your highest
standards.
What are the benefits?
The benefits of purchasing a Service Agreement are continuous. A few include:
- A 10% discount on parts and labor. One benefit to purchasing a Service
Agreement with Rain Rich is that you will receive a reduced cost on labor and
material for any service that is not covered by the basic agreement.
- Preferred scheduling. Purchasing a Rain Rich Service Agreement entitles you to
priority scheduling. That means that you and your sprinkler system needs are our
first concern and will be scheduled as quickly as possible.
- Service call fees waived. Typically a $70 service fee is charged to all our
customers once a service call is scheduled. Another advantage to purchasing a
Service Agreement is that there will be no service call fees should your
irrigation system need repairs, replacements or adjustments.
- A discount on the additional services including The Rain Rich Fertigation
System, Landscape Lighting System and Holiday Lighting Services.
- The Rain Rich Guarantee. If during the period of this Service Agreement you
are not completely satisfied with the operation of your system, we will
re-adjust the system and continue to work with you until you are completely
satisfied that it is operating to its maximum potential.
How much does it cost?
The cost of a Service Agreement is based on several variables that include:
- The size of the property and the complexity of the irrigation system. Each
price is customized to the size of the homeowner's property and the intricacy of
their irrigation system.
- The type of landscape your property has. Whether your property is mostly lawn
or shrubs and flowers or a combination of both, this will determine what type of
service your landscape will require to maintain and operate at its peak
efficiency. As landscapes mature then sprinkler heads may need to be modified.
- Seasonal check-ups. Once we evaluate your property and your system we can then
determine and create a service plan that will optimize your sprinkler system and
have your landscape looking the best all summer.
